Dear Guy Who Sits Next To Me In Math and Never Stops Grunting,

Please stop letting out long, trailing grunts and moans in the middle of class. Both of your hands are clearly visable on your desk.

Please scoot your desk away from mine. Please stop leaning halfway into the aisle and stretching obnoxiously, almost smacking me in the face with one of your big hairy gorilla hands every time you do so. This is not your livingroom. Your desk is not an Lay-Z-boy.

Please take your fingers out of your mouth when you talk so that the teacher doesn't have to ask you to repeat your half-conscious mumblings. I would really appreciate it if you didn't keep asking questions on subjects the teacher just finished telling us about. As much as it speeds up the class, the rest of us around you would rather get all the notes we can in a single day. Maybe it would help if you'd wake the fuck up.

I do not like you, Grunting Boy. The teacher doesn't even like you. She has professed this a number of times. Please leave our class since you never bring your notebook, do not pay attention, and are a distraction to my side of the room. You are obviously very unintrested in int. Algebra.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH I HAVE MY FIRST MATH TEST TOMORROW. DO NOT WANT.

On the up side, stuff has finally smoothed out. I've gotten my routine down for this semester. I can get where I need to go all over campus. I made a new friend in Speech class so that's cool. I can access all my homework and get mail the way I'm supposed to and all that good stuff.

Now all I gotta do is Do the Do and make good grades.

I've been mad and close to crying for three or four days. If it wasn't the net cutting out constantly it was not being able to log onto my school's server and get my notes/homework/what have you. Or not being able to use the files that were loaded there. Or burning myself. Or getting sick. Or being too exhausted to hang out with my friends and family I barely get to see.


Everything changed with a nap.


The people came back, changed our ISP, and the net works like a charm.  My friend Rei directed me to a file converter to change my notes into a .doc I can read. Blackboard works again. The ONLY THING resembling a problem is my printer being out of ink. Which I can fix tommorow when I go get ketchup and duct tape.

Today, there were clouds. It was nice and breezy on campus. On the way back to the car though, I smelled it.

Fall's coming.

I had my first day of Fall Semester 09 today (or yesterday depending on how you view four-am LJ entries. I think I'm going to like my classes this semester. All my teachers seem sane and have nice normal expectancies for us students. It's a bit of a walk but it isn't so bad except when it rains. NO ROOFS. Only one set of stairs to go down though.

I'm still frustrated though. We got our dial up back to hold us until they come fix the net from dropping out. HOWEVER my Blackboard and school email accounts don't work and I kind of HAVE TO HAVE THOSE in order to do the classes. I emailed an admin and they're resetting my Blackboard account. I can't log into my email but it must still exist since I have it set to forward my mail to the account I normally use and I got two emails from teachers sending out hellos and stuff.

I tried so hard to be super prepared this go around AHHH.

Yes ma'ams and sir's I'm gonna do the college thing again this fall! I went to pay off my classes today. Only thing I'm bummed about is that the Summer semester wasn't over just yet so I couldn't buy my books or get my new car sticker yet.

BUT I WILL. I have the dates written down. I go back the 13th of August.

SO. I dropped math. I feel a little lame but relieved. All I have now is an English essay to do about insomnia and the exam in that class. I fixed up my schedule for next semester. Speech, Sociology, Int. Algebra. It should be interesting. I just hope it goes better than this one did.

Dad called the internet gods yesterday. We're next on the list for a tower, they say, but with all the rain and stuff, who knows when they'll be able to get out here and do it. We all went to David's new house yesterday to fish and me and Curt got online. Their internet is so...so fast. A movie will load JUST AS FAST AS IT PLAYS. HOW. HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE. ;-; do want. Do want ;-;. Will has. SOME DAY.

SO. OKAY. April challenge thing didn't go so well. I actually did draw and upload stuff every day so far but I haven't put anything on the journal. OH WELL. ANYWAY.

WOLFY WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN DOING?

;-; I got invited to go places with new schoolfriends! At first I was super shy but they've all been really fun folks so far! Their names are Cody and Jared but they're more easily remembered as Lion and Hole in Head Dude.

FOIST we went out Downtown and had milkshakes and just wandered around being retarded. Then we drove around and spoke in a Russian accent for a while.

The next day, Aislynn invited me to go to Tupelo with her and Todd so that was awesome. I got some moar Hellsing and a book by the dude that did Fell. I wanna check out his Wormwood next.

I'm working on a script project I'll probaby never finish but have enjoyed doing concept art for.

Also, Mottenfest made my icon because he's a sweetheart <3

I do believe I may need to take Intermediate Alg. Even if by some amazing act of God I pass, I'll be so lost in college algebra. I think I just might need to do this one over one more time to make sure I know what the hell I'm doing.

There's no shame in that, right?

Turns out there was a misunderstanding and they thought we were just waiting until we had the money before contacting them about the tower and after a while, they figured we changed our minds. It happens and it's happened to me with commissioners. SO they're going to call us back later TODAY and we're gonna see about taking them a check today or tomorrow.

So, it's Saturday morning. Spring Break is more or less over. It wasn't terribly eventful and I'm a-okay with that! I ended up getting kind of sick towards the middle with a cold because the weather keeps yo-yoing. I finally finished reading Common and Precious by Tim Sussman and loved it! I've subscribed to Sofawolf's LJ updates and they mentioned that they were accepting submissions for the fourth issue of their short story anthrology "New Fables". I think I'm going to try and write one to submit! I can illustrate it myself too maybe.

I got my copy in today and I read the whole thing! I really liked the stories and the one poem about skunks. I'd reccomend it. It's got one of my favorite authors and one author of a book I was concidering buying. I didn't know it was him until I finished the story and really enjoyed it. I'll be buying his book next.

 I'm also thinking about trying to send something in to Furplanet. My only beef there is that 80% of it is like...porn. 8I OH WELL. THATS FURRIES FOR YOU. OH, FURRIES. I'm not going to bother with it until I get some of my schoolwork out of the way.

My grades aren't so hot. If I have to repeat something, it isn't the end of the world.  And I'd be a little ahead maybe. JUST A LITTLE. I'm also thinking about taking three classes instead of just two but I'm not sure yet. I've got all the time I need. I'm already aware that I'll probably bein college until my 30's hit.  Only two more months left in this semester. I missed pre-reg so I'll just have to scrape the barrel when normal registration rollsa round. Wolfy, you loser!

I swear I'm alive. Well alive as a dead person can be. I can't even keep up with the days anymore. Everything kind of bleeds together. I've got a math test Wednesday and an English paper due tomorrow that I probably failed. My last essay bombed and everybody who read it said it sounded okay. So, who knows?

For once, things have flip-flopped. Usually I gallop by gracefully in English but I just keep dropping stuff right and left. Meanwhile in math, with every test, my grades have gone UP. What gives? Oh well. I'd much rather repeat an English than a math.

It's sooo hard being put back into society after being a hermit for two years. People are wanting to go places and do things with me and I'm just not ready yet. I hope I don't come off like some kind of antisocial bitch (which I am in my own special way) or anything.

I've made friends! I've a friend in Math named Crystal who's crazy like me and has pink hair and I've got two friends in English Comp: Aisylnn and Ricky. Aislynn roleplays like I do and invited me to play on her board she shares with her friends. Happy Wolfy is happy!

Day 2 of WOLFY GETS HER FURRY ASS BACK INTO COLLAGE went much much nicer! I got there earlier, new leaving the house time is 7:00. That way I can actually park in my old place. I jammed to my new CD that Kit sent me all the way there. LAYDEES AND GENTLE MEN PLEEEEEEEEZ, WOULD YOU TURN YOUR ATTENTION TO MEEEEEEEE? And the second floor of McCoy (math building) is waaaaaarm <333 I FROZE last time I was there. I read a little of In Odd We Trust while I waited for class to start. It's good!

8U WOLFY MADE A FRIEND! Her name is Krystal (I didn't ask how it was spelt, fail Wolfy) and she sits next to me in algebra. She pointed out that her scarf and my 'head thingie' (we'r Jack nerds) matched so we were like :D!!!! and just talked about stuff. She has pink hair.

Then I finally got to meet my English teacher who is this adorable warbly woman who may possibly have ADD. She is very sweet and also sane in what she expects from us. I also met a girl in that class named Aslan ("Like the lion, yeah, I know ;-;") and I let her borrow a pen.

Then I went and paid off my parking ticket and came home.

I think this year is gonna be much nicer!

FOUR HOURS OF SLEEP MLAAAAAAAAAAGH.

So, first day back in school was kind of eeeeh. It seems that I'm going to have to get up at the asscrack of dawn to get myself a good parking place. I think leaving half an hour earlier would be a good idea. I can carry something to keep myself occupied in the room or something.  The place was FULL . I circled around and eventually found a spot in which I proceded to DO IT RONG. (More on that later)

I got into math late but it was okay since it's just the first week. The hard part was finding the room. Both the classes I'm in arei n room 218 in different buildings. This worried me a little since things don't tend to match up like that. There was a detour note on the math door an in my hurry, I didn't get that it was a note for another class. I had actually found the right room. SO UP THE ELEVATOR I WENt where I proceded to confuse some people.

I EVENTUALLY got back to math class and it went okay from there. I gave them the idea of email forwarding and she showed us how to set up this online part of the lesson. D: Like sixty percent of my counting math work will be ONLINE. Why do I drive up there three times a week again? Anyway the teacher seems like a nice sane woman.

I found my English class in plenty of time. However, we all sat there like 8I for about ten minutes until we figured out that there was a note on THIS door too: No class today. Something had come up. SO We got to leave early.

I get out, get in my spaceship, then get on the road. Everything's cool, right? I notice this thin little yellow paper slip of DOOM flapping around in my wipe blades.

"WHAT FUCKERY IS THIS?" sez I.

I pulled into Java Junkies and got a look at it. >BI I HAVE A TWENTY DOLLAR PARKING TICKET for pulling through a space and parking facing outwards. d;slfds;fadaad OH well. Least I know not to do that again. I pay it off Wendesday so it shouldn't be so bad.

So I got home and set up all my online stuff. The online things for all teachers this year is TOOOOOONS more orgonized. I was ill and pissy for a while and complained to Cobo but in all, it wasn't TERRIBLE.

Then Ben called and we went and did stuff in town. I got him a book from Bookland and he got me a Heroes necklace. We did our Christmas late since I didn't get to see him for regular Christmas. YAY FRIENDS. It made me feel a lot better. XD We went and looked around a FANCY FURNITURE STORE just because we could and almost went into the sex shop for the lols.

I already did my reading homework and the massive printing out of crap I'll need for English so...I'm free again for now. Now I just want to sleep forever. I got offline early last night but I was so nervous I barely slept.

So. Um. WOAH. Holy shit. It's 2009. TWO THOUSAND AND NINE.


Usually I'd get all smooshy and sentimental about last year but I can't hang onto it. It's over and I'm glad. I'm ready for THIS year. I have a lot ahead of me. This year is going to be hard, I think, just because it'll be full of new stuff. I'll give you a review of things and ideas of things to come.

• The drama relating to my grandmother's house is OVER and done with.
• My Uncle Bill doesn't hate me so that's cool!
• I AM GOING BACK TO COLLAGE. I START MONDAY. MONDAY. OH SHIT.
• I have a lot of new fur so I may be re-opening furry commissions.
• I've got a shiny new car! It says vroomvroom!
• I'm getting a brand new computer.
• David and his son now have their very own house! AND A POND! I am so proud for them! Laura can never make them move again!
